Responsibilities

• Complete 5-week manager-training with performance metrics.
• Hire, interview and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal compliance.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
