Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an experienced store leader to supervise customer service associates and the front end of the store.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, merchandising, asset protection, and profitability while driving excellent customer experiences. You will mentor team members, manage hiring and performance, and coach for improvements in both front-end and pharmacy areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience with leadership potential.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP/Leadership Essentials or willingness to complete within 12 weeks.
• Ability to lead teams, coach staff, and uphold store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters to achieve company goals.
• Assist Store Manager with store operations and scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Lead and manage team performance, including hiring, coaching, and discipline.
• Monitor and improve customer service metrics and issue resolutions.
• Oversee front-end and pharmacy inventory, pricing changes, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and pharmacy regulations.
