Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead customer service and front-end operations across pharmacy and retail store functions. You will mentor staff, optimize customer experience, and support store leadership in driving performance and engagement.

The role emphasizes coaching, inventory controls, scheduling, and adherence to company policies while promoting a safe, compliant, and customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership abilities including professional business ethics, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of ESM start date.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end of the store and makes recommendations for Pharmacy and Retail operations.
• Monitors customer service, coaching, training, and improving front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Supervises store operations including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and storefront presentation.
