Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing, scheduling, and task delegation.
• Monitor customer service and coach staff to improve service metrics.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and store policies; participate in asset protection and inventory controls.
