Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role includes a multi-week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, flexible availability including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, and Serve Safe certified food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
