• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-service standards.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program and ongoing development to prepare for advancement.
• Support staffing and scheduling to meet business needs and maintain guest satisfaction.
