Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and operate equipment as listed in CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in the CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Computer literacy including reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

• Develop, manage and assign tasks to maintain a clean, stocked, organized site per Company standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisors.
