Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Granger, Indiana to learn on-the-job how to run a profitable store with strong merchandising, signage and inviting displays.

You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent customer service. Successful performance can earn a quarterly bonus as you progress toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent mobility (standing, bending, climbing, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement merchandising and operational directions from corporate.
