Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Carmel, IN. The role emphasizes leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service, managing merchandising, signage, and store presentation, and implementing corporate directions at the store level.

You will recruit and train associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining a safe, positive, and energetic store environment. A quarterly bonus is available upon meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as described.

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
