• Strong productivity management in operations and freight processing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Coach and develop associates through training on operations and merchandising.
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate.
