Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Dodge City, Kansas. You will engage in on-the-job training to manage store operations, merchandising, signage, and customer experience to drive profitability.

Your duties include recruiting and coaching associates, overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance, and delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and pushing/pulling.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster development of associates through training on operations and merchandising; coach when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from corporate HQ.
• Help store reach maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain high level of customer service across the store.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
