Key responsibilities include hiring and guiding associates, coaching for performance, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly while complying with policies and laws.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; written skills needed.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
