Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn how to run a profitable store by optimizing merchandising, display techniques, and signage to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.

You’ll recruit and develop associates, oversee daily operations, enforce policies, perform opening and closing procedures, and implement corporate directives to maximize profit while protecting assets and ensuring high standards of customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX preferred.
• Proficient in freight processing and productivity management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment and lift 30–50 lbs.
