Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and training staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking per established practices.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and store processes.
• Monitor in-stock targets and cash handling procedures.
• Support store operations during opening and closing activities.
