Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Camilla, GA location. You will lead store operations, supervise staff, drive sales and ensure excellent service while maintaining store appearance and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail, and the ability to manage financials, schedules and supplier relations. You will report to regional management and contribute to Circle K’s community presence and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform essential duties described in CSR/ASM roles.
• Ability to supervise and train on site equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficient in computer use for reports, inventory, cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve issues.
• Provide performance feedback and timely appraisals in writing.
• Train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Communicate effectively with all site staff and Market Manager.
