Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Manager in Training who will learn to manage store operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will encompass recruiting, training, and developing store associates, ensuring compliance with laws, and implementing merchandising efforts to achieve profitability.

Ideal candidates will have prior retail management experience and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 to 50 lbs.
