Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Milford, Ohio. You will engage in on-the-job training to learn how to manage store operations, merchandising, signage, and customer experience, while leading and coaching associates to deliver excellent service.

You will recruit and develop staff, oversee daily activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement corporate directives to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
