Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience preferred, with ability to lead teams and drive results.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience is a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
