Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM duties.
• Proficient computer skills including reports, inventory, cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
