Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described below.
• Supervise and train for equipment/tools per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Operate a computer to analyze reports, inventory and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to bank/meetings.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, hiring and training of staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and compliant with Company standards.
• Maintain professional image and motivate subordinates.
• Schedule staff within guidelines to optimize service and image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management practices during hiring, training, and coaching.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Provide timely performance feedback and conduct regular appraisals.
• Ensure effective communication across the team with meetings and updates.
• Organize records, reports and store files; oversee merchandise and pricing.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and forecast P&L lines.
