Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support leadership training and development through Panda's program.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and ensure adherence to company policies and guest service standards.
