Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Panda location, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. You will hire, train, and direct team members while executing the brand's standards and initiatives.

You’ll complete an 8+ week leadership training program and advance within a growing restaurant family that values development and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store and drive financial results.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety practices.
• Lead the 8+ weeks leadership training program for new store leaders.
