Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or 5 years with a HS diploma.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead full store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Shadow Store Manager to oversee store operations and develop readiness for Store Manager role.
• Implement SOPs across front-end and pharmacy and learn store systems.
