Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens locations within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and delegating tasks to team members.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and asset protection measures.
• Monitor customer service and support performance improvements.
