GNC, a global health and wellness retailer, is seeking a Store Manager in Training (SMIT). This development-focused program prepares you to manage your own store under supervision, emphasizing leadership, customer service, and sales growth.

The SMIT role offers hands-on experience in daily operations, product management, and performance metrics with opportunities for promotion to Store Manager based on performance after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your team to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers.
• Oversee daily store operations with a Store Manager or District Manager, including business performance and product management.
• Engage with community events to promote GNC and our Live Well message.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility in accordance with procedures, including cash handling and deposits.
• Support total shopping experience including visual and operational elements and current sales initiatives.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal sales and productivity goals while helping sales associates reach theirs.
