Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• 6–12 months retail sales experience.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to work 45 hours per week and night/weekend shifts.

• Assist in recruiting and hiring high caliber employees.
• Provide coaching and accountability to all employees.
• Manage daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
