The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) at Costellos Ace is responsible for learning and executing the essential duties of a store manager. The SMIT will gain hands‑on experience and develop leadership skills necessary for the role of a Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Support the Store Manager in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
