Responsibilities

• Complete a required 5-week manager-training course.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and develop employees.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Manage daily store tasks for cleanliness and organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
