Palm Beach Tan - Scottsdale (Scottsdale Road) is looking for a store manager to oversee operations, including staff training and customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of supervisory experience, be able to motivate others, and deliver outstanding customer service. Other responsibilities include analyzing sales, managing expenses, and ensuring store cleanliness. This position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Starting pay is $17 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 5-week manager-training course with metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop staff.
• Create a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees achieve theirs.
• Analyze daily sales to maximize sales.
• Control labor, inventory, and maintenance expenses.
• Manage daily tasks to keep store clean and organized.
• Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.
