Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading a team for at least one year.
• Retail experience of at least 2 years.

• Ability to manage store operations including inventory and merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by leading from the floor with hospitality and top-two performance.
• Lead training across key areas; conduct reviews and plan ahead.
• Maintain organized, shopper-friendly store with strong merchandising.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Oversee inventory, supply management, and QuickBooks exports.
• Support HR processes including discipline and engagement.
