Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.
• Two or more years of experience in a retail grocery store strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports store processes including supervision, staffing, inventory, stocking, and paperwork.
• Assists in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Ensures in-stock targets through ordering practices.
• Provides customer service leadership and ensures store safety and cleanliness.
• Participates in store opening/closing and reviews operating statements for trends.
