The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed to develop future store leaders through a structured 16-week program combining virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You will be supported by a team including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for team leadership.
  • Customer care skills to deliver high-quality service.
  • Merchandising skills to support store sales growth.
  • Inventory and asset management to maintain profitability.

Note: Promotion to Store Manager depends on performance, availability, and other factors.

Additional requirements include:

  • Willingness to accept a Store Manager role at any location within the market.
  • Ability to transfer to other CVS stores within the market.
  • Flexible work schedule based on business needs.
  • High School diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Retail management experience or CVS supervisory experience is advantageous.

Details:

  • Anticipated Weekly Hours: 45
  • Time Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour, depending on experience and location.
