The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) job is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program aims to enhance your career as a future store leader through a self-paced, collaborative 16-week training, including virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Your support team includes your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

Promotion to Store Manager is not guaranteed and depends on performance and available openings. Candidates must be willing to accept a promotion to any location within the designated market and to transfer as needed. Schedule flexibility is required.
