The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training experience that includes virtual and hands-on learning. You will be supported by your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
