The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. It includes self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks, with virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Support for your growth includes your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.
Note: Selection does not guarantee promotion; promotion depends on performance and available openings.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $23.88 per hour
