Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to manage computer-based reports, inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept to Company standards.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize site files, reports and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
