Job summary

Chuck & Don's in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead and develop a retail team, ensuring top-notch guest service and sales performance. You will manage scheduling, inventory, and store operations while promoting pet health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Minimum 2 years of professional retail sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of professional managerial experience.
• Budget and P&L management experience preferred.
• Willingness to be educated about the products and services offered.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.

Essential Job Functions Section

Responsibilities

The incumbent must be able to perform all the following duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Organize special store events and promotions in store.
• All other assigned duties by any member of the Retail Management Team.

Physical Demands

• Position requires a person to be both indoors and outdoors (to assist with customer carry out).
• Must be able to stand 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.

$21.00-$24.00 per hour DOE/DOQ
