Goodwill is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Oceanside to lead daily store activities, ensure revenue goals, and maintain safety and service standards. You will drive customer and donor satisfaction while managing wage-hour compliance and staff development in a dynamic retail environment.
The role requires strong leadership, experience in retail operations, and ability to implement process improvements and 4DX/Kaizen initiatives. This position is based at a California store.

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for achieving store revenue goals, daily operations including safety and loss prevention compliance, production/retail operations, customer, and donor satisfaction. Responsible for the overall training, development, retention, wage and hour compliance, and satisfactorily addressing employee relation issues of all store staff. May be required to move locations within a 25 mile radius of San Diego County.
Essential Function Statements:
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
Experience: Five years minimum of related experience.
Computer Skills: Email, Internet use, Microsoft word and Excel.
Certificates & Licenses: Must have a valid CA Driver’s License, proof of insurance and driving record acceptable by Goodwill’s insurance company. Must also have an insured, reliable vehicle.
Other Requirements: Ability to operate electronic cash register. Ability to work with simple arithmetic (addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages, etc.). Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to cash handling (for example, change discounts, etc.). Ability to read and understand sales reports.
