Paycom - ATS is seeking a capable store supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure compliance with policies. You will lead staff, handle recruiting, training, discipline, and performance evaluations while safeguarding cashier funds.

You'll maintain attractive merchandise displays, assist customers, and help employees resolve routine problems and special tasks. A high school diploma is preferred; retail experience is a plus.

• Experience supervising store staff and coaching performance.
• Ability to recruit and train employees.
• Experience with cash handling and loss prevention.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Maintains the neatness and attractiveness of store merchandise; ensures that displays remain well stocked. Assists customer in locating items and prices and explains store policy.
