Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist in supervising store employees and oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will help maintain cashier fund accountability, keep merchandise displays well-stocked and attractive, assist customers with locating items and pricing, explain store policy, resolve routine problems, and stand in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Retail or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising store employees and participate in day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure accountability and security of cashier funds; maintain neatness and attractiveness of merchandise; ensure displays remain well-stocked.
• Assist customers in locating items and prices and explain store policy; assist employees in resolving routine problems and performing special assignments.
• Assume responsibilities of the Store Manager when needed.
