Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development.

• Drive sales performance and ensure the store meets established goals and success metrics.
• Manage store inventory, merchandising, and overall operational excellence.
• Oversee marketing initiatives and ensure promotional programs are executed appropriately.
