Confie and its family of companies (Freeway, Baja, Bluefire and others) are hiring a Store Manager to lead a sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance nationwide in the United States. You’ll mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and grow revenue through a combination of base pay and commissions.

Key requirements include a college degree and experience leading sales teams; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; not required
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• Strong understanding of fiduciary duty with high integrity and ethics
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
