Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program
• Maintain Panda standards and drive store performance
