Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older upon promotion.
• Flexible availability for all shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate math skills for handling transactions and reconciling money.
• Ability to train and motivate employees for efficient performance.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software tools.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for bank-related duties.

Responsibilities

• As Store Manager, oversee daily operations, scheduling, service quality, and store cleanliness.
• Handle employee scheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and training of new team members.
• Explain company policies, security, and guidelines to new hires.
• Coach staff to meet performance standards and address policy violations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and health standards for Subway.
• Meet productivity, sales, and food cost targets.
• Communicate effectively with staff and the Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.
