Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Explain policies and conduct training per Subway standards.
• Coach staff to meet performance and policy requirements.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, food orders, and store cleanliness.
• Meet productivity, sales, and food cost targets.
• Coordinate with staff and Regional Manager.
• Complete Subway University training courses.
