Circle K in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews while maintaining store image and profitability.

Responsibilities include inventory control, report analysis, budgeting, and coordinating with suppliers. Strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR and ASM.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR and ASM.
• Computer skills including reports, inventory, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with suppliers.
• Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Prepare on-going and timely performance appraisals in writing for all employees.
• Train all employees ensuring customer service, site image and marketing execution meet Company standards.
• Develop ways to ensure all employees receive proper communication in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and develop action plans to reach site objectives; Organize and maintain site files and manuals.
• Manage and supervise store employees to ensure reports are completed and merchandise is stocked and displayed.
