Job summary

Wash and Roll is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Tennessee location. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. A salary range of $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year is offered for this full-time position, alongside paid time off and potential bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store outlets.
• Responsible for resources management.
• Takes care of stock, staff, and sales management.
• In constant contact with staff and customers.
• Ensure staff provides the highest quality customer services and monitor overall financial performance of the store.
• Greet staff and customers, provide assistance, give intelligent recommendations and suggestions, build customer and brand trust.
• Be reliable, accommodating, courteous, and friendly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruiting and appraising staff.
• Training and supervising staff.
• Managing budgets.
• Maintaining financial and statistical records.
• Dealing with customer complaints and queries.
• Overseeing stock and pricing control.
