You will supervise staff, manage stock and pricing, monitor financial performance, greet customers, and provide intelligent recommendations to build trust in the brand. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.

• Oversee stock levels, pricing and promotions; ensure accurate records.
• Maximise profitability and productivity; motivate staff to meet sales targets.
• Set clear sales targets and monitor progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare promotional displays and marketing materials; liaise with management.
• Support staff development and provide opportunities for advancement.
