Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills; mentoring and feedback capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor for promotions.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and advise on inventory and pricing.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure policy compliance and risk management.
• Ensure a positive customer experience with high standards in service and presentation.
