Ideal candidates are 18+ with driving history (or 19+ with 1 year), possess a clean background, and are ready to grow into leadership roles within our franchise network. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented opportunity.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ with 2 years driving history, or 19+ with 1 year of safe driving history.
• Clean background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently residing near store location.
• Ability to smile and have fun.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all store operations as a salaried manager.
• Develop and mentor team to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure safety, training, and a positive culture.
• Manage weekends and 5+ days per week responsibilities.
• Uphold company policies 100% of the time.
